Here’s a peek at just a few items that are checked…
- Every toilet checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation.
- All faucets are tested and must pass a rigid “performance test.” Some adjustments are FREE.
- Any exposed water lines are checked for damage.
- Piping under your bathroom and kitchen sinks is checked for any sign of potential water damage.
- All of your drains are checked above and below the sinks for leaks and clogs.
- Your washing machine hoses and valves are thoroughly checked and tested.
- Your water heater is checked for safety, leaks, and signs of corrosion.

- Complete carbon monoxide inspection. We’re going to look at every square inch of the system to be sure there are no deadly carbon monoxide leaks.
- Inspect the ignition to make sure all those tiny gas explosions that take place each time it starts up, stays safe and accurate.
- Visually inspect the entire system.
- If we find any component that is broken or worn out we’ll show you, and you can decide if you’d like us to fix it.

If we find that a component is broken or worn out we’ll show you, and you decide if you’d like us to fix it. If you don’t want to fix it, no problem! But we cannot guarantee it or pretend that the Complete Comfort Guarantee will fix your problem.
